A question worth sitting with

What are you carrying
that's impacting your health?

You don't have to keep carrying what's breaking you.

Sometimes life doesn't fall apart all at once. Sometimes you just keep going. You work. You show up. You look after everyone else. You laugh with mates. You tell people you're fine. But underneath it all, you might be carrying grief, trauma, stress, anxiety, heartbreak, anger, pressure or years of things you've never really dealt with.

You don't need to have the right words. You don't need to know exactly why you feel the way you do. You just need somewhere to start.

If this feels familiar…

Trauma / PTSD

You may look like you've moved on. You may be back at work, getting through the day and doing everything expected of you. But inside, part of you can still feel stuck in what happened.

A sound, a place, a smell or a memory can bring it all rushing back without warning. You might feel constantly on edge, disconnected, angry, numb or exhausted from trying to keep everything under control.

Sometimes the event is over, but your body can still feel like it needs to protect you.

You survived the moment. Your body may still be surviving it.

Grief / Losing Someone

Grief can feel incredibly lonely, even when people are around you. Everyone else seems to carry on while your world has changed completely.

Some days you might feel okay. Then a song, a photograph, a familiar place or an empty chair brings everything flooding back. You may feel sadness, anger, guilt, confusion or sometimes nothing at all.

There is no correct way to grieve and no timetable for when you should be “over it”. Sometimes you are simply learning how to live in a world where someone you love is no longer physically beside you.

You don't move on from someone you loved. You learn to carry them differently.

Marriage / Relationship Breakdown

Sometimes you're grieving someone who is still alive. When a relationship ends, you're often losing far more than the person.

You're grieving the plans you made, the routines you shared, the future you imagined and sometimes even the person you believed you were within that relationship.

You can know it needed to end and still feel completely broken by it. You may question your worth, replay conversations endlessly or wonder how you're supposed to start again when the life you knew suddenly disappeared.

The relationship ended. That doesn't mean you did.

Anxiety / Stress / Holding It Together

From the outside, you might look completely fine. You go to work. You answer messages. You take care of your family. You get things done.

But inside, your mind never seems to switch off. You're worrying about tomorrow, replaying yesterday and trying to manage everything happening today.

Your shoulders are tight. Your jaw is clenched. Your chest feels heavy. Even when you finally stop, you can't properly relax. You're functioning. But somewhere along the way, simply getting through the day became normal.

Sometimes “I'm fine” is just the quickest way to avoid explaining everything.

Burnout / Work Pressure

You're good at what you do. That's partly the problem. People rely on you. You solve problems. You carry responsibility. And because you've always managed before, you keep telling yourself you'll manage this too.

Except you're exhausted. You wake up thinking about work. You struggle to switch off. Weekends aren't really recovery anymore and even holidays don't seem to reset you.

You haven't necessarily fallen apart. You've just forgotten what it feels like not to be running at capacity.

Being able to cope doesn't mean the load isn't heavy.

Men / Tradies / People Who Don't Talk

Maybe talking about how you feel has never really been your thing. You were taught to get on with it. Keep working. Have a beer. Make a joke. Sort your own problems out. So that's what you've done.

You keep busy. You push things down. You tell everyone you're right. But carrying everything alone gets heavy. Sometimes it starts showing up as anger, exhaustion, drinking more, shutting people out, sleeping badly or simply feeling like you're not yourself anymore.

You don't need to sit around talking about your feelings all day. But you shouldn't have to carry everything by yourself either.

You don't have to fall apart before you're allowed to ask for help.

Veterans / First Responders

You may have spent years being trained to stay calm when everyone else was panicking. To keep moving when things became difficult. To put other people first and deal with your own reaction later.

But sometimes “later” becomes years. Experiences most people will never truly understand can stay with you long after the uniform comes off.

Poor sleep. Hypervigilance. Anger. Numbness. Memories. Feeling disconnected from the people closest to you. You were trained to survive extraordinary situations. You deserve support learning how to feel safe when the situation is finally over.

You were trained to keep going. Nobody teaches you how to stop carrying it.

When You're Barely Holding It Together

Sometimes there isn't one dramatic reason you feel the way you do. Life has simply become heavy. Work. Money. Relationships. Family. Expectations. Responsibilities. Things you've never dealt with. Things you don't even know how to explain.

You wake up tired, push through another day and tell yourself tomorrow will be better. You're not giving up. You're just exhausted from constantly having to keep yourself going.

And when you've been surviving for long enough, you can forget what it actually feels like to enjoy being alive.

Surviving every day isn't the same as living.

Feeling Stuck

Maybe nothing is technically “wrong”, but deep down you know something isn't right. You keep repeating the same patterns. Having the same thoughts. Finding yourself back in the same emotional place no matter how many times you promise yourself things will change.

You know you want something different, but you don't know how to get there. Sometimes being stuck isn't about lacking motivation. Sometimes there are things underneath the surface that have never been given the space to be felt, understood or released.

There comes a point when staying the same becomes harder than changing.

Self-Worth / Losing Yourself

Maybe somewhere along the way you became who everyone else needed you to be. The reliable one. The strong one. The parent. The partner. The provider. The problem solver.

You became so used to looking after everyone else that you stopped asking what you needed. Eventually you can reach a point where you barely recognise the person underneath all those responsibilities.

That person hasn't disappeared. Sometimes they've simply been buried beneath years of pressure, expectation and survival.

Who were you before life told you who you needed to be?

Letting Go

Letting go doesn't mean pretending something didn't happen. It doesn't mean saying what happened was okay. And it doesn't mean forgetting someone or something that mattered deeply to you.

Sometimes letting go simply means deciding that something from your past no longer gets to control how you feel today.

You can acknowledge the pain. You can honour what happened. And you can still choose not to carry its full weight into every chapter that comes next.

You can honour what happened without carrying it forever.

Permission

You don't have to wait until you break.

  • You don't need a diagnosis.
  • You don't need to explain everything perfectly.
  • You don't even need to know exactly why you feel the way you do.
  • Sometimes you just know that something needs to change.

“You've carried it this far. That doesn't mean you have to carry it any further.”

Where 9D Breathwork fits in

Sometimes the first step isn't talking about it.

Sometimes talking helps. Sometimes thinking helps. And sometimes you can understand exactly why you feel the way you do and still feel completely stuck in it.

9D Breathwork creates a space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a different way. Using conscious connected breathing alongside immersive sound, music, guided coaching, hypnotic suggestion and other audio-based techniques, each journey is designed to create a deeply immersive experience.

You don't need to force anything. You don't need to perform. You don't need to have the answers. And you don't need to tell your whole life story. You just breathe.

Why Satori exists

I know what it feels like to look like you're coping when underneath you're struggling. I know what it feels like to keep pushing because that's what you've always done. To keep things inside. To tell people you're fine. To think you should be able to handle it yourself. And to reach a point where holding everything together becomes exhausting.

That experience is one of the biggest reasons Satori Breathwork exists. I never want someone to feel like they have to struggle alone simply because they don't know where to start, don't feel comfortable talking about it, or believe they need to wait until life becomes unbearable before doing something.

Satori isn't about pretending life is perfect. It's about creating space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to reconnect. And perhaps, space to finally put down some of what you've been carrying.

You survived what happened.
Now you get to decide what happens next.
